၁။ နိဒါန်း / 1. Introduction

ရွှေဥ (ShweU) သည် ရွှေဆိုင်ပိုင်ရှင်များနှင့် ရွှေဝါသနာရှင်များအတွက် မြန်မာ/အင်္ဂလိပ် နှစ်ဘာသာ ရွှေဗဟုသုတ platform ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤမူဝါဒသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မည်သည့်အချက်အလက်များ စုဆောင်းသည်၊ မည်သို့ အသုံးပြုသည်၊ သင်၏ ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်များကို ရှင်းပြပါသည်။

ShweU is a bilingual Myanmar/English gold-knowledge platform for gold shop owners and gold enthusiasts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. "We/us" means BLAKE, the operator of ShweU, who is responsible for your data in the app.

၂။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ စုဆောင်းသော အချက်အလက်များ / 2. Data We Collect

(က) အကောင့် / Account - အီးမေးလ်လိပ်စာနှင့် စကားဝှက် (စကားဝှက်ကို hash ပြုလုပ်၍ Supabase Auth တွင် သိမ်းဆည်းသည်)။ အသုံးပြုသူ ID နှင့် login session token များ။ - Email address and password (stored hashed by Supabase Auth); user ID and sign-in session tokens.

(ခ) ပရိုဖိုင် / Profile (အများပြည်သူ မြင်နိုင်သည် / publicly visible) - ပြသမည့်အမည်၊ ကိုယ်ရေးအကျဉ်း (bio)၊ ပရိုဖိုင်ပုံ၊ cover ပုံ၊ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ (user / creator / shop_owner / admin)၊ verified အမှတ်အသား၊ အကောင့်ဖွင့်သည့်ရက်။ - Display name, bio, avatar, cover photo, role (user / creator / shop_owner / admin), verified badge, account creation date. - ဆိုင်ပိုင်ရှင်များအတွက် ဆိုင်အချက်အလက်: ဆိုင်အမည်၊ မြို့၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ Viber၊ Telegram၊ Messenger link၊ မြေပုံ link၊ အမျိုးအစား (ရွှေ/စိန်/ကျောက်) နှင့် ဆိုင်ပစ္စည်းပုံများ။ - For shop owners: shop name, city, phone, Viber, Telegram, Messenger link, map link, categories (gold/diamond/gems) and shop item photos. - ပရိုဖိုင် link များ (အများဆုံး ၅ ခု): Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Viber, website, ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ မြေပုံ။ ဤ link များနှင့် ဖုန်းနံပါတ်များကို အခြားအသုံးပြုသူများ မြင်နိုင်သည်။ - Profile links (up to 5): Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Viber, website, phone number, map. These, including phone numbers, are visible to other users.

(ဂ) သင်တင်သော အကြောင်းအရာ / Content you post (User-Generated Content) - Post များ၊ ဆောင်းပါးများ (မြန်မာ/အင်္ဂလိပ် ခေါင်းစဉ်နှင့် စာသား၊ အမျိုးအစား)၊ Sparks ဗီဒီယိုများနှင့် thumbnail၊ ဓာတ်ပုံများ၊ repost များ၊ မှတ်ချက်နှင့် ပြန်စာများ။ - Posts, articles (Myanmar/English title and body, category), Sparks videos and thumbnails, photos, reposts, comments and replies. - Post မြင်နိုင်မှု ဆက်တင် (public / followers / only me)။ ဆောင်းပါးများသည် အမြဲ public ဖြစ်ပြီး admin စိစစ်မှု (review status/note) ရှိနိုင်သည်။ - Post visibility setting (public / followers / only me). Articles are always public and may go through admin review (review status and note). - ဓာတ်ပုံ/ဗီဒီယိုများကို သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် Photos picker မှ ရွေးချယ်သည့်အရာများသာ upload လုပ်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သင့် photo library တစ်ခုလုံးကို မဝင်ရောက်ပါ။ - Only photos/videos you pick in the system Photos picker are uploaded; we do not access your whole photo library.

(ဃ) လှုပ်ရှားမှု / Activity - Reaction (like စသည်)၊ follow နှင့် favorite၊ bookmark (save)၊ block ထားသော အသုံးပြုသူများ၊ report များ (အမျိုးအစား၊ အသေးစိတ် ≤500 စာလုံး၊ စိစစ်မှုမှတ်တမ်း)။ - Reactions, follows and favorites, bookmarks (saves), users you block, reports you submit (category, details ≤500 chars, moderation record).

(င) အကောင့်အမျိုးအစား လျှောက်လွှာ / Account-type applications (Creator / Shop) - ပြသမည့်အမည်၊ ကိုယ်ရေးအကျဉ်း၊ နမူနာနှင့် အခြား link များ၊ ဆိုင်အမည်၊ မြို့၊ ဖုန်း၊ Viber/Telegram၊ မြေပုံ link နှင့် အထောက်အထားအဖြစ် upload လုပ်သော ဖိုင် အများဆုံး ၅ ခု (JPG, PNG သို့မဟုတ် PDF၊ တစ်ခုလျှင် 5 MB အထိ)။ Admin များက စိစစ်ပြီး ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်နှင့် အကြောင်းပြချက်ကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်သည်။ - Display name, about text, sample and extra links, shop name, city, phone, Viber/Telegram, map link, and up to 5 files (JPG, PNG or PDF, max 5 MB each) you upload as proof. Admins review them and record the decision and a reason.

(စ) Moderation မှတ်တမ်း / Moderation records - Role နှင့် badge ပြောင်းလဲမှု မှတ်တမ်း၊ ban မှတ်တမ်းနှင့် report များ။ - Role and badge change history, ban records, and reports.

(ဆ) စက်ပေါ်တွင်သာ သိမ်းသည် / Stored only on your device - App နှင့် ဆောင်းပါး ဘာသာစကား၊ ဖတ်ပြီးသော ဆောင်းပါးစာရင်း၊ မကြာသေးမီက ရှာဖွေမှုများ၊ ရွှေတွက်စက် ဆက်တင် (အလေးချိန်စံ၊ စာလုံးအရွယ်)။ ရွှေတွက်စက်သည် သင့်စက်ပေါ်တွင်သာ အလုပ်လုပ်ပြီး သင်ထည့်သော ဂဏန်းများကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ထံ မပို့ပါ။ - App and article language, the list of articles you have read, recent searches, and Gold Calculator settings (weight standard, font size). The Gold Calculator runs entirely on your device; nothing you enter is sent to us.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မစုဆောင်းသည်များ / What we do NOT collect: တည်နေရာ (GPS)၊ အဆက်အသွယ်စာရင်း၊ ကြော်ငြာ ID (IDFA)၊ analytics၊ crash reporting၊ ကြော်ငြာ၊ ငွေပေးချေမှု အချက်အလက်။ / Location (GPS), contacts, advertising identifier (IDFA), analytics, crash reporting, ads, or payment data.

၃။ အသုံးပြုပုံ / 3. How We Use Data

• အကောင့်ဖွင့်ခြင်း၊ login နှင့် app ၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ (feed, profile, follow, comment) ပေးရန်။ / To provide accounts, sign-in and app features.
• သင်တင်သော အကြောင်းအရာကို သင်ရွေးချယ်သည့် visibility အတိုင်း ပြသရန်။ / To display your content per your visibility setting.
• Report နှင့် block မှတစ်ဆင့် လုံခြုံရေးနှင့် content moderation လုပ်ရန်။ / For safety and content moderation.
• Creator / Shop လျှောက်လွှာများကို စိစစ်ရန်။ / To review Creator / Shop applications.
• ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော သင့်မေးမြန်းချက်များကို ဖြေကြားရန်။ / To respond to your requests.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် သင့်အချက်အလက်ကို မရောင်းချပါ၊ ကြော်ငြာအတွက် မသုံးပါ၊ app/website များကြား tracking မလုပ်ပါ။ ထို့ကြောင့် App Tracking Transparency ခွင့်ပြုချက် မတောင်းပါ။ We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not track you across apps or websites, so we do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

၄။ တတိယပါတီ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ / 4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication, database, file storage hosting. Data region: Singapore (ap-southeast-1). သင့်အချက်အလက်များကို စင်ကာပူတွင် သိမ်းဆည်းပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်သည်။ / Your data is stored and processed in Singapore. (https://supabase.com/privacy)
• gold-api.com (ရွှေ spot ဈေး / gold spot price) နှင့် Binance public market-data API (data-api.binance.vision / api.binance.com — ဈေးနှုန်း chart / price chart)။ App မှ ဤ API များထံ ဈေးနှုန်းအချက်အလက်ကိုသာ တောင်းခံသည်; သင့်ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မပို့ပါ။ သို့သော် ဤ server များသည် standard network request အရ သင့် IP address ကို မြင်နိုင်သည်။ / The app only requests price data; no personal data is sent, though these servers can see your IP address as part of any network request.
• ပရိုဖိုင် link (Facebook, Telegram စသည်) ကို နှိပ်ပါက ထို platform ၏ မူဝါဒ သက်ရောက်သည်။ / Tapping an external profile link is governed by that site's policy.

၅။ မျှဝေခြင်း / 5. Sharing

• အများပြည်သူ: ပရိုဖိုင်၊ ဆိုင်အချက်အလက်၊ profile link များ၊ public post/ဆောင်းပါး/မှတ်ချက်များ၊ follower အရေအတွက်။ ပရိုဖိုင်ပုံ (avatar) များသည် public ဖြစ်သည်။ Post ပုံ/ဗီဒီယိုများကို private storage တွင် သိမ်းပြီး ကြည့်ခွင့်ရှိသူများထံ သက်တမ်းတို signed URL ဖြင့်သာ ပြသည်။
• Publicly: profile, shop info, profile links, public posts/articles/comments, follower counts. Profile photos (avatars) are public. Post photos and videos are kept in private storage and shown to permitted viewers through short-lived signed URLs.
• Admin/moderator: report များ၊ အကောင့်အမျိုးအစား လျှောက်လွှာများနှင့် စိစစ်ရန် လိုအပ်သော အကြောင်းအရာ။ / Reports, account-type applications, and content needed for review.
• လျှောက်လွှာနှင့်အတူ upload လုပ်သော ဖိုင်များသည် private ဖြစ်ပြီး သင်နှင့် admin များသာ မြင်နိုင်သည်။ / Files you upload with an account-type application are private. Only you and admins can see them.
• ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်ပါက အာဏာပိုင်များထံ။ / Authorities when legally required.

၆။ ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုနှင့် ဖျက်ခြင်း / 6. Retention & Deletion

• သင့်အကောင့် ရှိနေသမျှ အချက်အလက်ကို သိမ်းထားသည်။ / We keep data while your account exists.
• App ထဲမှ ဖျက်ရန်: Settings › Delete account › "DELETE" ရိုက်ပြီး စကားဝှက် ထည့်ပါ။ ပရိုဖိုင်၊ post၊ ဆောင်းပါး၊ Sparks၊ မှတ်ချက်၊ reaction၊ follow၊ bookmark၊ block၊ link၊ ဆိုင်အချက်အလက်၊ အကောင့်အမျိုးအစား လျှောက်လွှာများ နှင့် သင် upload လုပ်ထားသော ဖိုင်အားလုံး (ပရိုဖိုင်ပုံ၊ post ပုံ/ဗီဒီယို၊ ဆိုင်ပစ္စည်းပုံ၊ လျှောက်လွှာ အထောက်အထားဖိုင်များ) ကို ဖျက်ပါသည်။
• In-app deletion: Settings › Delete account, type "DELETE" and enter your password. Your profile, posts, articles, Sparks, comments, reactions, follows, bookmarks, blocks, links, shop data, account-type applications, and all your uploaded files (avatars, post media, videos, shop item photos, and application proof documents) are deleted.
• သင်တင်ထားသော report များနှင့် role/badge ပြောင်းလဲမှု မှတ်တမ်းကို moderation မှတ်တမ်းအဖြစ် အမည်မဖော်ဘဲ (သင့် ID ဖယ်ရှား၍) ဆက်ထားနိုင်သည်။ အခြားသူများက သင့် post ကို repost လုပ်ထားပါက "မရရှိနိုင်" ဟု ပြမည်။
• Reports you filed and role/badge change history may be retained anonymized (your ID removed) for moderation history. Others' reposts of your posts will show "not available".
• ban ခံထားရသော အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်ပါက ban ခံရသူ ပြန်မဝင်နိုင်စေရန် သင့်အီးမေးလ်၏ one-way hash (အီးမေးလ်ကိုယ်တိုင် မဟုတ်) နှင့် ban စည်းကမ်းချက်များကိုသာ ဆက်ထားပါသည်။ အခြား ban အသေးစိတ်များကို ဖျက်ပါသည်။ / If your account was banned when you delete it, we keep only a one-way hash of your email address (not the email itself) and the ban terms, so a banned person cannot simply sign up again with the same email. Other ban details are deleted.
• ဖျက်ပြီးနောက် မိတ္တူများသည် encrypted system backup များတွင် အချိန်အကန့်အသတ်ဖြင့် ကျန်ရှိနိုင်သည်။ ၎င်းတို့ကို အသုံးမပြုပါ။ / After deletion, copies may remain in encrypted system backups for a limited time. They are not used.
• App မသုံးနိုင်ပါက blake@shweu.app သို့ အကောင့်အီးမေးလ်မှ ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်သည်။ / If you can't use the app, email blake@shweu.app from your account email to request deletion.

၇။ သင့်အခွင့်အရေးများ / 7. Your Rights

ပရိုဖိုင်ကို အချိန်မရွေး ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်၊ post များ ဖျက်နိုင်၊ visibility ပြောင်းနိုင်၊ အသုံးပြုသူများကို block လုပ်နိုင်သည်။ သင့်အချက်အလက် မိတ္တူ သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်ရန် blake@shweu.app သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။ You can edit your profile, delete posts, change visibility and block users anytime. For a copy or correction of your data, contact blake@shweu.app.

၈။ လုံခြုံရေး / 8. Security

HTTPS ချိတ်ဆက်မှု၊ hash လုပ်ထားသော စကားဝှက်နှင့် database Row Level Security ကို အသုံးပြုသည်။ မည်သည့်စနစ်မျှ ၁၀၀% လုံခြုံသည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and database Row Level Security. No system is 100% secure.

၉။ ကလေးများ / 9. Children

ShweU သည် အသက် 13 နှစ်အောက် ကလေးများအတွက် မရည်ရွယ်ပါ။ ထိုကလေးများ၏ အချက်အလက်ကို သိရှိပါက ဖျက်ပါမည်။ ShweU is not directed at children under 13. We will delete such data if we learn of it.

၁၀။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ / 10. Changes

ဤမူဝါဒကို ပြင်ဆင်ပါက "Effective date" ကို update လုပ်ပြီး အရေးကြီးသော ပြောင်းလဲမှုများကို app ထဲတွင် အသိပေးပါမည်။ We will update the effective date and notify you in-app of material changes.
