၁။ သဘောတူညီချက် / 1. Agreement

ShweU ကို download သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒ ကို သဘောတူပါသည်။ သဘောမတူပါက app ကို မသုံးပါနှင့်။ By downloading or using ShweU you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ShweU is provided by BLAKE ("we", "us", "the developer").

၂။ အသက်အရွယ်နှင့် အကောင့် / 2. Eligibility & Accounts

• အသက် 13 နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ဖြစ်ရမည် (သင့်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်ပါက မိဘ/အုပ်ထိန်းသူ ခွင့်ပြုချက်)။ / You must be at least 13 (with guardian consent where required by local law).
• သင့်စကားဝှက်ကို လျှို့ဝှက်ထားပြီး အကောင့်ပေါ်ရှိ လှုပ်ရှားမှုအားလုံးအတွက် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ မှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက် ပေးရမည်။ / Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account and must provide accurate information.
• အကောင့်အမျိုးအစားများ: User၊ Creator၊ Shop နှင့် Admin။ User အားလုံး ဓာတ်ပုံနှင့် ဗီဒီယို post တင်နိုင်သည်။ ဆောင်းပါးများကို Creator၊ Shop နှင့် Admin များသာ ရေးနိုင်ပြီး admin မဟုတ်သူ၏ ဆောင်းပါးများကို ထုတ်ပြန်မီ admin က စိစစ်သည်။ / Account types are User, Creator, Shop and Admin. All users can post photos and videos. Only Creator, Shop and Admin accounts can write articles; articles from non-admins are reviewed by an admin before they are published.
• App ထဲတွင် Creator သို့မဟုတ် Shop အကောင့်အတွက် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။ တင်သွင်းသော အချက်အလက်နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများသည် မှန်ကန်ပြီး သင်ပိုင်ဆိုင်သည့်အရာ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ Admin များက လျှောက်လွှာကို အတည်ပြု သို့မဟုတ် ငြင်းပယ်နိုင်ပြီး နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် အကောင့်အမျိုးအစားကို ပြန်ရုပ်သိမ်းနိုင်သည်။ / You may apply in the app for a Creator or Shop account. Information and documents you submit must be true and belong to you. Admins may approve or reject an application and may remove the account type later.
• Verified အမှတ်အသားကို admin က သီးခြားပေးသည်။ Creator/Shop အဖြစ် အတည်ပြုခံရခြင်းသည် Verified ရခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။ Admin က အချိန်မရွေး ပြန်ရုပ်သိမ်းနိုင်သည်။ / The Verified badge is given by admins separately from account-type approval; approval as Creator or Shop does not make you Verified. Admins may remove it at any time.

၃။ ရွှေအကြောင်းအရာ ရှင်းလင်းချက် / 3. Gold Content Disclaimer

• ShweU ရှိ အကြောင်းအရာအားလုံး (ဆောင်းပါး၊ ဈေးနှုန်း၊ အလေးချိန်အချက်အလက်၊ ရွှေတွက်စက်၊ အသုံးပြုသူ post များ) သည် ပညာပေး ရည်ရွယ်ချက်သာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ငွေကြေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်သွယ်မှု အကြံပြုချက် မဟုတ်ပါ။
• All content (articles, prices, weight information, the Gold Calculator, user posts) is for general reference and education only and is not financial, investment or trading advice.
• ဈေးနှုန်းများသည် ညွှန်ပြချက်သာ ဖြစ်သည် (ကမ္ဘာ့ spot ဈေးကို gold-api.com နှင့် Binance public data မှ ရယူသည်)၊ နှောင့်နှေးနိုင်၊ မှားယွင်းနိုင်ပြီး မြန်မာပြည်တွင်း ဆိုင်ဈေး (ကျပ်သား၊ ပဲရည် စသည်) နှင့် ကွာခြားနိုင်သည်။ ရောင်းဝယ်မှုမပြုမီ ယုံကြည်ရသော ဆိုင်/အရင်းအမြစ်နှင့် အတည်ပြုပါ။
• Prices are indicative only (global spot from gold-api.com and Binance public data), may be delayed or inaccurate, and may differ from local Myanmar shop prices and purity measures. Verify with a trusted dealer before any transaction.
• ရွှေတွက်စက်၏ ရလဒ်များသည် သင်ထည့်သော ဂဏန်းများမှ သင့်စက်ပေါ်တွင် တွက်ချက်ထားသော ခန့်မှန်းချက်များသာ ဖြစ်သည်။ / Calculator results are estimates computed on your device from the numbers you enter.
• ShweU သည် ရွှေရောင်းဝယ်မှုတွင် ပါဝင်ခြင်း မရှိ၊ ဆိုင်များကို အာမမခံပါ။ အသုံးပြုသူများကြား ရောင်းဝယ်မှုသည် သူတို့၏ တာဝန်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။ / ShweU does not buy or sell gold and does not endorse shops; dealings between users are solely their responsibility.

၄။ အသုံးပြုသူ အကြောင်းအရာ (UGC) / 4. User-Generated Content

• သင်တင်သော အကြောင်းအရာ၏ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုသည် သင့်ထံတွင်ရှိသည်။ App ထဲတွင် ပြသ၊ သိမ်းဆည်း၊ ဖြန့်ဝေရန် (သင်ရွေးသော visibility အတိုင်း) ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်း၊ အခကြေးငွေမဲ့၊ သီးသန့်မဟုတ်သော လိုင်စင် ပေးပါသည်။ သင်ဖျက်လိုက်သည့်အခါ လိုင်စင် ရပ်ဆိုင်းသည် (backup မှလွဲ၍)။
• You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display it within the app according to your visibility settings. It ends when you delete the content (except copies that may remain for a limited time in system backups, as described in the Privacy Policy).
• သင်တင်သော အကြောင်းအရာကို တင်ပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိကြောင်း အာမခံပါသည်။ / You confirm you have the rights to what you post.

၅။ တားမြစ်ထားသော အကြောင်းအရာနှင့် အပြုအမူ / 5. Prohibited Content & Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

ShweU တွင် လုံးဝ သည်းမခံပါ / ShweU has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or do:

• အမုန်းစကား၊ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှု၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှု ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခြင်း၊ နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း၊ အနိုင်ကျင့်ခြင်း။ / Hate speech, discrimination, threats of violence, harassment or bullying.
• လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ သို့မဟုတ် ညစ်ညမ်းသော အကြောင်းအရာ၊ ကလေးများကို အန္တရာယ်ပြုသည့် အကြောင်းအရာ မည်သည့်ပုံစံမဆို။ / Sexual or pornographic content; any content that endangers or exploits minors.
• လိမ်လည်မှု၊ အတု/ခိုးယူထားသော ရွှေ၊ ရွှေစစ်မှု/အလေးချိန် မမှန်ကန်စွာ ဖော်ပြခြင်း၊ pyramid/ငွေကြေးလိမ်လည်မှု၊ စျေးကွက်ခြယ်လှယ်မှု။ / Fraud, counterfeit or stolen gold, misrepresenting purity/weight, scams, Ponzi schemes or market manipulation.
• အခြားသူ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် (ဖုန်း၊ လိပ်စာ) ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ ထုတ်ဖော်ခြင်း၊ အခြားသူအယောင်ဆောင်ခြင်း။ / Doxxing others or impersonation.
• တရားမဝင် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်၊ မူပိုင်ခွင့် ချိုးဖောက်မှု၊ spam၊ malware။ / Illegal activity, IP infringement, spam or malware.
• App ကို hack၊ scrape သို့မဟုတ် ပြောင်းပြန်အင်ဂျင်နီယာ လုပ်ခြင်း။ / Hacking, scraping or reverse-engineering the app.

၆။ Report, Block နှင့် Moderation / 6. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

• Report: post, ဆောင်းပါး, Sparks, မှတ်ချက် သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုသူကို "Report" ဖြင့် အမျိုးအစားနှင့် အသေးစိတ် ထည့်၍ တိုင်ကြားနိုင်သည်။ / Report any post, article, Spark, comment or user via "Report" with a category and details.
• Block: အသုံးပြုသူကို block လုပ်ပါက နှစ်ဦးစလုံး၏ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ link နှင့် follow များ အပြန်အလှန် ဖျောက်ထားမည်။ Settings › Blocked users တွင် ပြန်ဖွင့်နိုင်သည်။ / Blocking hides content, links and follows between you; manage under Settings › Blocked users.
• ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် report များကို အမြန်ဆုံး စိစစ်ပြီး ချိုးဖောက်သော အကြောင်းအရာကို ဖယ်ရှားကာ ထိုအကြောင်းအရာ တင်သူကို ပိတ်ပင်/ဖယ်ရှား ပါမည်။ Ban ခံရသူသည် ban သက်တမ်းအတွင်း post၊ မှတ်ချက်၊ reaction၊ follow နှင့် report များ မလုပ်နိုင်ပါ။ Admin က ban ခံရသူ၏ post များကို ဖျောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။ / We review reports as soon as we can, remove violating content and eject the user who posted it. While banned, a user cannot post, comment, react, follow or report, and admins may hide their posts.
• ဆောင်းပါးများကို ထုတ်ပြန်မီ admin စိစစ်နိုင်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အကြောင်းအရာကို ကြိုတင်အသိပေးချက်မရှိဘဲ ဖယ်ရှား/ကန့်သတ်နိုင်သည်။ / Articles may be reviewed before publication; we may remove or restrict any content without notice.
• Ban ခံထားရသော အကောင့်ကို ဖျက်ပါက ပြန်မဝင်နိုင်စေရန် အီးမေးလ်၏ one-way hash ကိုသာ ဆက်ထားပြီး တူညီသော အီးမေးလ်ဖြင့် အကောင့်အသစ်ဖွင့်ပါက ban ဆက်လက်သက်ရောက်မည် (ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒ ကြည့်ပါ)။ Ban ကို ရှောင်ရန် အကောင့်အသစ်ဖွင့်ခြင်းကို ခွင့်မပြုပါ။ / If a banned account is deleted, we keep only a one-way hash of its email to prevent return, and a new account with the same email will be banned too (see the Privacy Policy). Creating new accounts to get around a ban is not allowed.

၇။ EULA — Licensed Application End User License Agreement

• ShweU ကို ရောင်းချခြင်း မဟုတ်ဘဲ လိုင်စင်ပေးခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ သင်ပိုင်ဆိုင်/ထိန်းချုပ်သော Apple စက်များတွင် ကိုယ်ပိုင်၊ စီးပွားဖြစ်မဟုတ်သော (သို့မဟုတ် သင့်ဆိုင်၏ ပုံမှန်) အသုံးပြုမှုအတွက် ကန့်သတ်ထားသော၊ လွှဲပြောင်း၍မရသော လိုင်စင် ဖြစ်ပြီး Apple Media Services Terms ၏ Usage Rules နှင့်အညီ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ShweU is licensed, not sold, to you: a limited, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.
• ဤ EULA သည် သင်နှင့် developer (BLAKE) ကြားတွင်သာ ဖြစ်ပြီး Apple နှင့် မဟုတ်ပါ။ App နှင့် ၎င်း၏ အကြောင်းအရာအတွက် developer တွင်သာ တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ / This agreement is between you and the developer only, not Apple. The developer alone is responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple သည် maintenance/support ပေးရန် တာဝန်မရှိပါ။ / Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
• App သည် အာမခံချက်တစ်စုံတစ်ရာနှင့် မကိုက်ညီပါက Apple ထံ အသိပေး၍ (ရှိပါက) ဝယ်ယူငွေ ပြန်ရနိုင်သည်။ ဥပဒေခွင့်ပြုသည့်အတိုင်းအတာအထိ Apple တွင် အခြားအာမခံတာဝန် မရှိပါ။ / If the app fails any applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• ထုတ်ကုန်တာဝန်၊ ဥပဒေလိုက်နာမှု၊ စားသုံးသူအကာအကွယ် ကိုင်တွယ်မှုများနှင့် တတိယပါတီ ဉာဏပစ္စည်းမူပိုင်ခွင့် တိုင်ကြားမှုများကို developer (Apple မဟုတ်) က ကိုင်တွယ်သည်။ / Product liability, legal-compliance and consumer-protection claims, and third-party IP claims, are the developer's responsibility, not Apple's.
• အမေရိကန် ပိတ်ဆို့အရေးယူထားသော နိုင်ငံတွင် နေထိုင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ကန့်သတ်စာရင်းဝင် မဟုတ်ကြောင်း အာမခံပါသည်။ / You represent you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list.
• Apple နှင့် ၎င်း၏ လက်အောက်ခံများသည် ဤ EULA ၏ တတိယပါတီ အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ရှိသူများ ဖြစ်ပြီး ၎င်းကို သင့်အပေါ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပိုင်ခွင့် ရှိသည်။ / Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
• သင်သည် app ကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တတိယပါတီ စည်းမျဉ်းများ (ဥပမာ - mobile data) ကို လိုက်နာရမည်။ / You must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g., your carrier).

၈။ ဉာဏပစ္စည်း / 8. Intellectual Property

ShweU အမည်၊ logo၊ ဒီဇိုင်းနှင့် software ကို developer က ပိုင်ဆိုင်သည်။ / The ShweU name, logo, design and software belong to the developer.

၉။ ရပ်စဲခြင်း / 9. Termination

App ထဲမှ အကောင့်ကို အချိန်မရွေး ဖျက်နိုင်သည် (Settings › Delete account › "DELETE" ရိုက်ပြီး စကားဝှက် ထည့်ပါ)။ ဖျက်လိုက်သည့်အရာများကို ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒတွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ဤစည်းမျဉ်း ချိုးဖောက်ပါက ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အကောင့်ကို ကြိုတင်အသိပေးချက်မရှိဘဲ ဆိုင်းငံ့/ပိတ်နိုင်သည်။ You may delete your account anytime (Settings › Delete account, type "DELETE" and enter your password). What is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

၁၀။ အာမခံချက် ငြင်းဆိုခြင်းနှင့် တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ချက် / 10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• App ကို "ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း" နှင့် "ရရှိနိုင်သည့်အတိုင်း" ပေးပြီး မည်သည့် အာမခံချက်မျှ မပေးပါ။ App သည် အမြဲ အလုပ်လုပ်မည်၊ အမှားကင်းမည်ဟု ကတိမပေးနိုင်ပါ။ / The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
• ရွှေတွက်စက်၊ ဈေးနှုန်းနှင့် အလေးချိန်အချက်အလက်များသည် ယေဘုယျ ကိုးကားရန်သာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ငွေကြေး၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု သို့မဟုတ် ကုန်သွယ်မှု အကြံပြုချက် မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်မချမီ သင့်ဆိုင် သို့မဟုတ် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူနှင့် အတည်ပြုပါ။ / The Gold Calculator and price and weight information are for general reference only and are not financial, investment or trading advice. Check with your shop or a qualified professional before you decide.
• အသုံးပြုသူ အကြောင်းအရာ၊ ဆိုင်များ သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုသူများကြား ရောင်းဝယ်မှုများအတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ တာဝန်မရှိပါ။ / We are not responsible for user content, for shops, or for dealings between users.
• ဥပဒေခွင့်ပြုသည့် အတိုင်းအတာအထိ app အသုံးပြုမှုမှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော တိုက်ရိုက်မဟုတ်သော၊ မတော်တဆ သို့မဟုတ် နောက်ဆက်တွဲ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ၊ ရွှေရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များမှ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ တာဝန်မရှိပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ စုစုပေါင်းတာဝန်သည် [LAWYER TO FILL IN: monetary cap, if any] ထက် မပိုစေရ။ ဥပဒေအရ ကန့်သတ်၍မရသော တာဝန်များကို ဤအချက်က မကန့်သတ်ပါ။ / To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from gold buying, selling or trading decisions, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed [LAWYER TO FILL IN: monetary cap, if any]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

၁၁။ အုပ်ချုပ်သည့် ဥပဒေ / 11. Governing Law

ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ၏ ဥပဒေများဖြင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ပြီး အငြင်းပွားမှုများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ တရားရုံးများတွင် ဖြေရှင်းမည်။ / These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Myanmar. ၁၂။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ / 12. Changes

စည်းမျဉ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ပါက Effective date ကို update လုပ်ပြီး app ထဲတွင် အသိပေးမည်။ ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် သဘောတူခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ We'll update the effective date and notify you in-app; continued use means acceptance.
